Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide & We can’t wait for you to receive your order!

 UK Orders

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.
• Shipping fee: shown at checkout (free over £100).

International Orders

• Delivery times vary by country (usually 7–14 business days).
• Shipping fee: calculated at checkout based on location.


All Middle East orders are shipped from our UAE base 🇦🇪.
This means:
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): A standard 5% VAT applies on all orders.
• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain): Most orders are subject to local VAT (usually 5%–15%) and a small customs duty charged on arrival.
• Because we ship from within the region, delivery is faster and duties are usually lower compared to international shipping.
Any VAT or customs charges are set by your government and collected by the courier — Layla does not charge or control these fees.
We are working to make Middle East shipping as smooth as possible, and in most cases, you’ll simply pay your local VAT/duty when your package arrives.

Taxes & Duties

These are not charged by Layla — they are set by your local government.


We believe in being transparent. Some countries charge extra taxes or duties when your order arrives. 
 • United Kingdom: No extra tax added at checkout.
 •United States: Due to a change in U.S. law effective 29 Aug 2025, all shipments to the United States are now subject to import duties/taxes and may incur courier brokerage fees, regardless of order value. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and the courier and are not collected by Layla. You’ll see them either at checkout (if shown) or you’ll be contacted by the courier before delivery. We’ll keep our product pricing fair and transparent and will continue to look for the lowest-cost options to the U.S.
• European Union (EU): Import VAT (around 20%) + customs duty may apply.
• Australia: 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies to most orders.
• Other Countries: Please check your local customs rules before ordering.


*If your country charges import fees, the courier will contact you before delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Layla Scrubs. If something isn’t right:


• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
 • To start a return, email us at: contact@laylascrubs.com
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty).

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn scrubs.
